How I work

I respectfully acknowledge that while based in Toronto, I am living and working on sacred land. This is the territory of many nations including the Wendat, Anishinabek Nation, the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, the Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nations, and the Métis Nation. I am grateful to have the opportunity to work here and benefit from the wisdom and generosity these communities continue to share with us.

My work is informed by theory and practice of clinical psychology, desire for meaning making expressed through spirituality and respect for the embodied experience of life.  To put it simply, I approach therapy holistically – mind, body and spirit.  Each part is pivotal and each is interconnected.
